Present Perfect Continuous Tense yapısında cümleler kurmak için şu formül kullanılır.Ayrıca Time Expessions olarak "since last week" "lately" "recently" "since yesterday" gibi ifadeler kullanırız.

Geçmişte başlayıp şu ana kadar devam etmekte olan durumlar için kullanılır.

They have been living at this house since 1950.
